INTRODUCTION TO HOOPONOPONO- Online Seminar

• Joined the Introduction to Ho'oponopono session with Dr Jyotika inspite of having already started doing the course on Ho'oponopono with Dr Jo Vitale and Dr Hew Len. The idea was to to understand the whole concept from her point of view, and in a much more simplified and practical form, and I was not disappointed by her. She took the class to another level by getting into minute detailing and inspiring everybody to imbibe Ho'oponopono as a part of daily living, and Join the Ho'oponopono course to understand it better. I have been inspired by her and now this practice is a part of my daily living and naturally coming to me. I love you, Thank you. If there has to be one choice only for healing this is it, clean ,clean ,clean. The answer to everything is within and the solution lies within, clean, clean clean, I love you, I am sorry ,please forgive me, Thank you. I liked everything about the workshop. It was perfect!

 

• Excellent Session! It is very effective in daily life. It became very helpful for many issues and the good thing is this that it is very simple. Seminar was very friendly and very interesting very helpful. Dr Jyotika is the best guide ever I met. she teaches so well and very deep to all points of every class ..I always want to do class with her in future.. very helpful.

 

• I am practicing it from last two days. It is good, practical and easy to learn. I am already feeling positive...and hope fully will do in future too.. It's a good one for self healing. I learnt that all the power for love and forgiving is in the universe.. we just need to work on this or on ourselves. I liked everything about the seminar. • Very simple but very effective technique. Our teacher was fabulous too. So simple and yet so good. Don't know the effect on others but it brought peace and calmness within me. I loved the Simplicity of this process. Can be used anytime anywhere. Dr Jyotika is a very good, patient and loving teacher. Very glad to do this seminar with her.

ZERO LIMITS - Book Reading with Dr Jyotika Gupta

• Book read on Zero limits. WHY  did I join a book read and not just read it by myself. At the onset I would like to say I am an avid reader and a Ho'oponopono practitioner as well but I realized that zero limits is a book where there would be a lot of deeper interpretation and a lot of awareness happening if I get to do it in a group with Dr Jyotika Gupta. The book read went beyond my expectations and Dr Jyotika interpretations and examples and exercises took the reading to another level altogether. We would practice the teachings everyday and share our experiences and thereby motivate each other through out the book read till Ho'oponopono became inculcated as a part of our daily lives. Jyotika goes way beyond what is expected while doing the read and goes with the energies of the class not holding back anything. Amazing book Read as it opened up the book and its meaning in a much wider aspect for me than if I had read it by myself.

• Signing up for the 'Zero Limits' book club with you was the best thing I did for myself in a long while, Jyotika. Thank you for the encouragement. While the book itself was easy reading, it was the core concept of Ho'oponopono the book introduced - that I alone was responsible for the creation (and the clearing and healing) of all the good, the bad, the  ugly and everything else that kept showing up in my life and in the world - resonated with me. You made the readings  fun by immediately putting into practice the healing exercises touched upon in the book. Magic exercises. And you answered all of our questions in great depth. And encouraged us to practice what we read. The energy of those classes was so very awesome. I didn't - just couldn't - miss a single day. And somewhere in between reading those chapters and following your advice to practice, I discovered the magic for myself. I used the phrases for cleaning everyone and everything - and issues began to clear. Gratitude for introducing me to this magical and uncomplicated way of healing. I am sorry. Please forgive me.
