SUBSTITUTION & REFUND POLICY

SESSIONS

• Consultation with prior appointment only!

• For Holistic Healing Consultation, Access Consciousness Clearing and Entity Clearing Sessions payment needs to be made after the session is completed, amount depending upon number of hours. For online payments kindly ensure the payment is cleared within 48hrs.

• For Chakra Reading Sessions, Aura Photography Session, Family Constellation private session, Switch Words & Healing Codes session, Biochemic Tissue Remedies Consultation payment needs to be made before hand to book the session.

• Access Bars and Body Process packages: Full payment of package is to be done beforehand. All sessions need to be completed within the package validity period. If you have purchased a package and are not able to utilize the sessions, you can gift your sessions to someone with prior discussion and consent with Dr Jyotika.

• Happy Mouth package: Full payment of package is to be done beforehand. Sessions need to be done daily for 21days, if you miss any day it will not be compensated in any way. You are advised to take Happy Mouth sessions only when you can take sessions daily without fail.

Substitution/ Refund policy: If you cancel a booked session for which payment has been made before hand:

- Chakra Reading Session: It is non refundable, non transferable to others or future events or other services. If you cannot take it on the booked date we can reschedule your session to a date within next 7days OR the chakra reading we have already done for you can be sent to you via voice message whatever you choose.

- Switch Words & Healing Codes Session: It is non refundable, non transferable to others or future events or other services. If you cannot take it on the booked date we can reschedule your session to a date within next 7days OR the prescription and advices can be sent to your whatsapp / email whatever you choose.

- Family Constellation private session: If you cancel a scheduled appointment of family constellation we will cut Rs 1000/- from your payment and refund the remaining amount within 3-4 weeks of receiving your bank details.

- Aura Photography Session: If you cancel a scheduled appointment of Aura photography more than 2 hours prior to starting time of session we will refund full amount within 3-4 weeks of receiving your bank details. If you inform us later than 2 hrs. prior to start time, we will cut 10% of amount paid and refund the remaining amount.

 

WORKSHOPS

• Prior registration required for participating in workshops!

• Full payment is required to be done before the start of workshop.

• If you require part payment to have ease with attending workshop, please call us to know if that option is available for the workshop you are interested in.

• If you have registered for a workshop and will not able to attend it for any reason, kindly inform us before the start of workshop to get refund. For Online workshops full amount will be refunded within 3-4weeks of receiving your bank details. For In-person workshops a minimum registration amount will be deducted from your payment and rest will be refunded. You can call us to know the minimum registration amount for a particular workshop.

• If you have registered for a workshop and have to leave it in between or are not able to complete it due to any reason and the manual has been given/ shared with you then the workshop money is non refundable and non-transferable to others or future events or other services. If the class is being recorded the recording of class will be shared with you.

• Substitution: If you have registered for a workshop and will not able to attend it due to any reason, you can gift the class to someone else. However, this requires prior discussion and mutual agreement with Dr Jyotika Gupta and registration of that person needs to be completed at least 2 hours before the start of workshop.

 

HEALING CAMPS

• Prior booking is required for sessions in healing camps!

• Full payment needs to be done beforehand to book session

• Bookings are non refundable

What if you are unable to attend a session you have booked in our camps?

 

Wellness Clinic:

• For Holistic Consultation Session, Major Chakra Reading & Radical Chakra Reading sessions in wellness clinic: The prescription and advice will be sent to you via whatsapp image, text and/or voice message

 

• For Tarot/ Angel Guidance session: You can tell us 1 question you would like to ask from Tarot (before the start of event) and Dr Jyotika will send you the reading via voice message OR You can gift that session to someone. However, this requires prior consent of Dr Jyotika Gupta and name and phone number of that person needs to be informed to us at least 2 hours before the event start time.

 

Tarot Bonanza:

You can tell us 1 question you would like to ask from Tarot (before the start of event) and Dr Jyotika will send you the reading via voice message OR You can gift that session to someone. However, this requires prior consent of Dr Jyotika Gupta & name and phone number of that person needs to be informed to us at least 2 hours before the event start time.

 

Chakra Readings Carnival:

The chakra reading we have already done for you will be sent to you via voice message. However, you have to inform us before the event start time to get this.

 

Aura Photography Camp:

You can gift that session to someone. However, this requires prior consent of Dr Jyotika Gupta and name and phone number of that person needs to be informed to us at least 2 hours before the event start time.
